Concept design and Building Permit approval for a new build house for a young family of three on a site adjacent to the buffer zone near the Sopaz area in Nicosia and overlooking Pentadaktylos Mountains on the north.

Design focused on visual connections and flowing relations between indoor and outdoor areas and filling the house with carefully filtered natural light and air.
